Located in the heart of Kingsland, GA we bring something different to the area. We are a small, quiet one-story apartment community nestled in a small town near the Georgia Coast. We are home to the Kings Bay Naval Submarine Base in Kings Bay.

 

Just a few miles east is St. Marys, GA; the home to the well known Cumberland Island National Seashore. To our west is the great Okefenokee Swamp! We sit just 20 minutes north of the Jacksonville International Airport, and River City Marketplace. Live near the city, but enjoy the quiet small town life all at the same time.
